February Corporate Coalition Meeting Recap
In February, Corporate Coalition members gathered at Sidley Austin LLP to provide feedback and new ideas for the Corporate Coalition's 2026 priorities.
With more than 50 corporate members, 26 anchor partners, six active initiatives, a vibrant community, and a growing public presence, the Corporate Coalition has an abundance of opportunities to advance its mission. Members discussed how to increase our impact through our initiatives, building community, and leading the public conversation.
Gil C. Quiniones, President and CEO of ComEd and Co-Chair of the Corporate Coalition, summarized beautifully the premise of the Corporate Coalition's work:
"Unilever CEO Paul Polman put it plainly: 'Business cannot succeed in societies that fail.' The inverse is equally true: When communities thrive, when people gain opportunities, feel support and a genuine sense of belonging, businesses flourish."
