We are thrilled to invite you to our exclusive and intimate 3-part event series, "Leading the Way," designed specifically for company leaders. This series aims to share best practices and delve into the stories behind how fellow Chicago employers have created space for different talent and innovative hiring practices. Our goal is to highlight actionable frameworks and inspire change through leadership.

We are proud to have the support of our esteemed partners: Corporate Coalition, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, and Origami Works who already do great work convening employers and we’re looking forward to working more closely together.
